Doujinshi Collection SitesAngel's Harmony- Yes another Kenshin and Kaoru shipper!Ｏ(≧∇≦)Ｏ Miara's doujinshi collection has many rare books that are hard to find these days. I'm so envious!XD
Oni-Chan's Doujinshi Collection- Her collection is just awesome! Her doujinshi collection includes some of my favorite pairings for old anime shows I've watched since I was a kid like Salior Moon and Dragonball Z. I also really like that her collection consist of mainly rare doujinshi for manga series such as Marmalade Boy, Fushigi Yuugi, and Fullmoon wo Sagashite. :D
Romanticide- A wonderful and very impressive doujinshi collection site. We share several common fandoms and pairings. I absolutely adore her doujin collection *sigh* so many many beautiful books!XD
Shopping Deputy Services
Japan Auction & Shopping Agency- I highly recommend Kairai's shopping deputy service. Kairai is always polite and prompt in his email correspondences. The service charge is cheap and he is available 7 days a week. :D I've had no problem with ordering anything. Also he now is accepting doujinshi event pick-ups as well, pay attention to his site news to see which events he offers pick-up services.^^ I have yet to use his pick-up service :), but I often use his service for shopping sites and Yahoo Auctions. :D
Japonica Market- Another recommended shopping deputy service. The commission fee is cheap and there are NO bank transfer fee and NO handling fee!!! Also since they are located in Tokyo the domestic shipping is often cheaper. :D Note: The only thing you have to watch out for is that they don't take bidding/shopping requests on Sundays because it's their rest day. You have to make a request on Saturday for them to accept your order. It's understandable since they get so many requests. Also another tip is that you should allow at least 10 hours to make a bid request if the auction is ending soon (Japan Time). ;)
Celga- Another shopping deputy service I've used before. This place is great the people here are quick to respond, and if you upgrade to a gold account you can self bid on YJA. However, the service charge is more expensive.
Doujinshi Online Shops
Ebay- An easy place to find doujinshi but sometimes the prices can be exceedingly high for new & old doujinshi.
Happy Otaku Site- CLOSED.This is a great place for yaoi lovers. The prices are good, but there are no descriptions about the condition of the doujinshi.
JPQueen- CLOSED. I love this place the prices here are reasonable and there are a variety of doujinshi. This place also, sells other things besides doujinshi.
Aloha Anime- DEAD. This place has a variety of doujinshi. Although, I 've never used this place. Warning: Adult content.
